I'm not a believer in the outbound sales model adopted by most SaaS companies.
I feel that it’s outdated and antithetical to today’s buyer behavior.
This is why I'm such a supporter of product-led growth.
Land and expand creates internal marketing channels and inspires organic growth––one company client can equate to many individual sales opportunities.
This is also why I believe that customer success is the most overlooked growth channel, contributing more to long-term business success than sales and marketing when empowered within the right model.
When your product is available for widespread adoption, a whole new approach to sales becomes available.
