Employer Branding: The Business Case

There’s this misconception that Employer Branding doesn’t get budget because nobody cares.
That’s not the case.
It’s because companies don’t know what they’d be allocating budget to.
If you want to raise some EB cash, you have to break this stuff down into the simplest, most understandable business terms:
Employer Branding helps us hire the right people faster and easier.
It doesn’t drive awareness. It doesn’t attract. It hires.
Because hiring is an outcome that matters to the business.
P.S. Whatever you measure, it’d better relate directly to hiring faster and easier. No fluffy vanity metrics.
