Sales
Marketing: Conversions = How many buyers purchased + how fast
EB: Conversions = How many roles you filled + how fast
Retention
Marketing: Customer Retention = Brand loyalty
EB: Employee Retention = Company loyalty
*this is where EB has the biggest long-term impact on a business
