Enjoy!
Many cultures around the world have some form of the Golden Rule, "treat others the way you would like to be treated."
When it comes to Employee Experience, the Golden Rule is insufficient and will lead you down the wrong path.
EX needs to follow the Platinum Rule, "treat others the way they would like to be treated."
Leaders deciding how others want to be treated is one of the biggest problems in management.
The employees aren't you. They have different needs.
Provide for them how they want to be treated, not how you do.
Empathy isn't about you, it is about the other person.
beautiful words for a friday :)
Seems a group of employers don't grasp that their team is an exention of themselves. Obvious how they should be treated.
