Hey Recruiters — The success of this whole employer branding thing is dependent on you.
We can talk all day long about content and design and EVPs and careers sites and the latest tools.
Sure, those things might matter (keyword: might). But nothing matters more than partnering with you to co-create highly tactical content that enables you to do your job better.
This is the reality:
You’re at the front lines talking to your target market.
You hold all of the most important data and intel on what that market wants (and doesn’t).
You are by far the number one distribution channel for content.
In my mind, you are the key to employer branding succeeding or failing.
Companies are now starting to see how vital you are to core business results, organizational culture, and frankly, surviving.
And they need to hire you. Lots of you.
It’s your turn to tell them what you want when looking for new opportunities.
James Hornick and I are rounding out our “What Candidates Want” series with you, the recruiters.
If you’re in the recruiting space, we’d be super grateful if you took a few minutes to fill out this quick survey.
We’ll share our findings on the next Employer Content Show on Wednesday, 7/21 at 12 pm PT.
Thanks so much!
